All sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds are provided, except in the cases of defects, damage or incorrect items. As soon as you discover a defect, damage or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@deviateboardco.com and we will guide you through the returns process.
Within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date:
- Product(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging
- Deviate Board Co will pay for return shipping.
- Once we receive your return, we will evaluate the condition of the returned product(s).
- No refunds will be issued on any used product(s)
- Qualified returns will be offered a choice of either replacing the product(s) or refunding the full order.
